Refund Policy

Applicable to: 12-Week Premium Mentorship Program

We value your commitment and aim to offer a supportive, result-driven experience. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following policies:

1. Program Duration

The program is valid for the full 12-week term as mentioned in your invoice.
Unfortunately, sessions cannot be paused, extended, or placed on hold during this time.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

If you choose to cancel within the first 15 days, a 50% refund will be processed (after deducting administrative charges).
After 15 days, no refunds can be issued.
Missed sessions or absences will not be carried forward or compensated.

3. In Case of Illness

If you experience a serious health concern, a maximum 14-day extension may be considered immediately after the original program end date—upon valid documentation.

4. Your Responsibility

Weekly progress updates are important to track your journey.
If updates are not submitted for 3 consecutive weeks without prior notice, the program may be discontinued without a refund.

5. Communication Hours

You may reach out between 10 AM and 8 PM (Bangladesh Time), Sunday to Thursday.
Kindly note that Friday & Saturday are non-working days.
For detailed issues, we recommend scheduling a call. Immediate responses may not always be possible.

6. Feedback or Concerns

If you have any concerns about these terms, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Otherwise, it will be considered as agreement to all terms.
