Services include custom workout programming (gym or home), flexible nutrition guidance (no rigid diets), form feedback, habit coaching, progress tracking, and weekly accountability check-ins. The level of support depends on the package you select.

I specialize in sustainable fat loss (no fad diets), hormonal balance (PCOS, thyroid, postpartum), metabolic health (diabetes, insulin resistance, obesity), pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, and mindset-based habit change. I also offer men’s fitness and muscle-building programs—backed by science and customized to your needs.

Yes. All plans are crafted around your food habits, cultural preferences, and dietary needs—including South Asian, halal, keto, vegetarian, gluten-free, or anti-inflammatory options. Nutrition is made realistic and sustainable.

No. You can train from home or gym — your plan will be adjusted to your environment and equipment. Consistency matters more than the setting.

Absolutely. I’ve worked with many clients managing such concerns. Your plan will be tailored using your health history and lab reports. While I don’t provide medical diagnoses, your safety and progress are always my priorities.

Yes. Whether you’re new to fitness or returning after an injury, everything is customized to your level. Although medical advice isn’t included, I focus on safe, gradual progress and comfort.

Onboarding, Communication & Support

Yes. Based on your package, you may receive scheduled voice/video sessions. All clients get weekly check-ins and 1:1 responses within 24 hours.

Most clients feel energized and motivated within 2–3 weeks. Visible changes (fat loss, strength, tone) are noticeable within 4–6 weeks with consistent effort. Progress is tracked through photos, habit logs, and physical performance.

Payments, Policies & Administrative Details

Simply message me on WhatsApp to begin. I’ll confirm your program and share payment instructions. Payments can be made via bank transfer or mobile banking (e.g., bKash – 2% charge applies). Full payment is required in advance. Currently, installment options are not available.

Yes. Once your payment is confirmed, a digital receipt will be sent via WhatsApp or email.

You may request a 50% refund within 15 days of your program’s start date. After that period, refunds and pauses are not available.
